Welcome to ChemNexus

ChemNexus is a molecular information and visualization tool. It is a work in progress and will be updated regularly. The goal of this project is to provide a comprehensive molecular information and visualization tool for the scientific community. This is an experiment in itself that is using retrosynthetic analysis and machine learning.

For now, the tool is limited to the identification of the best retrosynthetic route for a given molecule. You can add your own collections of molecules. All data is stored in your browser.
